What attracted me to come from Hialeah, was Luis Carrenero, who spoke with his manager, to accommodate my request for a new Benz 2019, Lease. He was the first to contact me with an update. Janyll Henriquez, Sales/Lease Expert was a 10, in my book, pleasant, knowledgeable and on a mission to accommodate my needs and never letting me walk out without a deal. Oliver, Sales Manager from Ukraine/ Argentina, he was instrumental in negotiating the numbers to meet my financial needs. Oliver was pleasant and eager to clarify all the details to meet my needs. After a few sessions of clarifications, consensus was obtained. He also ensured that I could receive complimentary treats from the largest Benz, Boutique, I have ever visited. Janisly at the Benz Boutique was extremely helpful! Henry Diaz, Finance Representative was quite professional and made this experience quite welcoming. What can I say, I have enjoyed doing business with this family type setting, dealer and the next step is trying out their Service Department when the time is needed.
