I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Kalias. I ordered a car that was almost impossible to get and he was very helpful in fast tracking the process. Over the course of seven months, he w Kalias. He made it really feel like personalized concierge service. Mr. Kalias is very knowledgeable about many aspects of the MB products as well as the inner workings of the dealership, including things that are outside of his purvey. He is a good guy to have in your court. Additionally, he went out of his way to make the purchase/pick up of the vehicle as fast and as smooth as possible. I couldn’t be happier.
