Jean Pierre went above and beyond. Regardless if my next vehicle is a Mercedes or not (why would it not be?), MB Cutler Bay is certainly going to be my dealer of choice! This process was so smooth, and not once did I feel the pressure of being "sold" a car. Customer service was exceptional, test drive was not "around the block", and all my questions and concerns were answered - and then some. Jean Pierre B. went above and beyond with the delivery of my vehicle. The minor concerns I had were addressed professionally, and I walked out the door confident in my E350.
