I wish the service appointment time as far as me turning in my car and getting the loaner would have been faster. When I got the loaner car, they forgot to take pictures of the car and gas amount and when I in my car and getting the loaner would have been faster. When I got the loaner car, they forgot to take pictures of the car and gas amount and when I left I had to send them pictures of some scratches the auto had plus then I was charged for 2 gallons of gas. Which honestly I don’t car about the money it’s more about the principle how do You even know how much gas the car hassle if you didn’t check before I left like in other appointments where they took pictures and verified and everything. They just found it easier to charge me and see if I would complain or not. More
