Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay is a "GREAT" Dealership I purchased my 2018 Mercedes Benz S Class at the Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay Dealership two years ago. Since then I have been treated very professiona I purchased my 2018 Mercedes Benz S Class at the Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay Dealership two years ago. Since then I have been treated very professionally an attentive to all my needs. I would like to Congratulate from the Sale Staff the awesome Ms. Laura Delgado that always takes the times to assist me in handling in all of my Vehicle's Needs. I have nothing but Good Things to say about the Service Staff. Throughout the two years I have been assisted by several Service Managers and recently by Mr. Jose Castillo. I took my Vehicle for regular Maintenance and he attended me expeditiously and had my loaner ready to go. We are going through some difficult times in our Country with the Corona Virus Crisis and most Companies are short staff but this Dealership "ROCKS"!!! Kudos to the Administration of the Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay for having a great group of people handling the Business the "CORRECT WAY"! Thanks to you all!!!!! More
