I dropped the car off for emergency repair without an appointment and understanding it might be a while before they could get to it to even diagnose the issue. He offered to replace the worn tires and perform an alignment all at no cost to me. Minutes later Service Advisor/Nathan contacted me, scheduled an appointment and I now have new tires.
