His information is sometimes inaccurate (technicians have had to correct him, and he's even tried to charge me for a service that cannot be done on my car), he will often simply ignore you unless you come in with an s-class, and he doesn't hesitate to brag about the customer service awards in his office (irony anyone?) I don't mind paying premium for technicians who know what they're doing, but I've dealth with this so-called customer service schmuck long enough. From here out, except for warranty issues, I'll now take my MB to the dealer in IA City.
(as to why I don't give all bad ratings, I should note that some of the employees are quite skilled and friendly - just this one guy ruins the experience every time I have to deal with him, which is most of the time)
