Mike Laudani, service adviser, exceeds all expectations! Mike Laudani, has been my service adviser for the past 6 years. I am a transplant coordinator, a nurse who works with families when they choose to become organ donors and save lives. I works 24 hour shifts and my car is vital to my work. Without it, my team would be short staffed and lives could be lost. While working, I locked myself out of my car at 9 o’clock at night, Mike came out to Staten Island University Hospital, on his own time, to help me when the battery died in my key fob and I needed to get to the Bronx to care for another patient. To me, and my company, Mike is a hero, and now a part of our team that saves lives. We don’t always stop to say thank you, or realize what impact we have on people’s lives when we go about our daily work, but Mike has been a life saver to families he has not even met.
