Mercedes-Benz and Mr. Martin uphold a certain style of service "the best deals or nothing else". As a young woman acquiring a new car on my own I was a bit nervous because at other dealerships I was offered unfair deals because of my age and looks. However Mr. Martin and EVERYONE at Mercedes-Benz welcomed me and made me feel like my dream of driving a Mercedes was not only reachable but inevitable by the end of our meeting. I chose my vehicle and made the purchase deal about one month before leaving the country on a 6-month trip. Unfortunately, the exact combination of options I wanted was not available in inventory and a custom order would not arrive before my departure. Thus I agreed with Matthew to custom order the vehicle such that it would arrive upon my return. While I was away Matthew kept in frequent contact to coordinate the delivery of the vehicle with the timing of my return. The vehicle arrived about a week before I did and I was able to get off my night flight, wake up the next morning, and head directly to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. Perfect timing! Matthew and the staff also handled the bank finance offers well and were even able to get the rates reduced twice. Many thanks for the excellent service and truly professional experience! More

Wound up falling in love with an E300, P3 with all of the bells and whistles and Tom snagged it just before another buyer reserved it. Although I went in mainly with the C-line in mind, I didn't feel at all upsold or coerced into the more expensive option. The first thing Tom told me when I got there was that he did not want to influence me into getting something I did not want or intend to get, which was very refreshing. By the time I made my choice, it was too late for the car to be prepared to drive off of the lot, so I came by the following business day and was in and out in no time! It was a pleasure to work with him, and the dealership as a whole. Looking forward to my future dealings here! More
