Although I live out of state, I by-passed several local dealerships to go to Ray Catena-Edison because of the overwhelmingly high number of positive reviews. Within five minutes of meeting my Sales & Leasing representative, Derrick Fox, it was clear that I made the right choice. In addition to demonstrating a high level of professionalism, Derrick was extremely friendly and outgoing which immediately set me at ease in a situation that could have otherwise been intimidating for a "first time" MB buyer like me. Although I "thought" I had a clear idea of what I wanted after significant internet research, Derrick listened intently, asked the right questions and ultimately pointed me towards several alternatives that better suited my needs. I appreciated the level of patience Derrick exhibited as I repeatedly revised my "wish list" or asked that he go over lease vs buy options "just one more time".
