Bad customer service! Had picked a car online which I had already test driven. Next day, I get a call from the sales associate and notified that the manager will not sign off on the deal because the price was too low. Well maybe they should have discussed BEFORE taking my deposit and agreeing to it. Will never go here again and make sure none of my family and friends go here either. They just lost a lot of business. More

He answered all my questions about my new 2016 C300 Mercedes, his knowledge of the vehicle was very impressive, he was very patient and thorough. The color I was looking for (Diamond Metallic) was a difficult color and there was no cars in the showroom with that color, Vince made an effort to show me a sample display of the color so I could see it in person, most sales reps. would tell you to look it up on the internet. This will not be my last Mercedes purchase and I will definitely buy from Vince Jr. again. More
