I had a flawless experience in dealing with Matthew about getting a new car. As a current C230 owner, I wanted to upgrade to a C-Class that was 4matic (for inclimate weather) at an affordable price. Matt was very patient with me during my purchasing process-- as i was unsure if financing or leasing was a better option. He was very thorough with all the numbers that I was given. He answered any and all questions that I had, in a very timely fashion. He had me sold on a car before I even saw it! Great salesmanship! I ended up leasing a 2013 C300 4matic, which was perfect for the snow storm that was quickly approaching. Matt had most everything done by the time I came to finally pick up (and finally see!) my new car. I am so happy with my lease and cannot wait to drive it everyday! We were greeted as we entered the show room, asked if we needed anything (water, refreshments, etc.) Salesman John LaViola Jr. was called to assist us. John showed me the model I was interested in and answered all my questions. We went for a test drive in a CLA250. Along the way, John pointed out many of the features the car offered. After testing an Audi A4 at another dealer, I returned and leased a new CLA250. A car was located that had all of the options I was looking for and was delivered in a few days. When picking up the car, Abel was very helpful in demonstrating the navigation system and other options I had selected. What was really great was this was accomplished indoors on a very cold day. Great facility for purchasing a car. Abel and I then drove to the service center and showed me the facility. Upon returning, John and I completed all the necessary paperwork and I drove home. A very pleasant experience. More

She was very knowledgeable about the product, especially in comparison to competitive vehicles, and was able to provide the f especially to Allyson. Within 20 minutes of deciding to get the truck, we had gone through a variety of scenarios, negotiated the price (including options and accessories). The whole process - walking in to walking out with keys in hand - took only 3 hours!! We also had the chance to meet the service department, which was very helpful. We got a 2014 GL550 which is a great car for a family of 5 (and for a sports-car loving father). Special thanks to Leigh for the Mercedes bears for the kids ... they also have their own seats in the car now! We will definitely recommend Allyson, Leigh and Ray Catena Edison to all of our family and friends (in fact, I already have). Thanks again! More
