We were interested in leasing a 2013 Mercedes-Benz GLK 350. Upon entering the showroom we were greeted by a pleasant helpful receptionist who directed us to an area of the showroom where we could browse t 350. Upon entering the showroom we were greeted by a pleasant helpful receptionist who directed us to an area of the showroom where we could browse the inventory of SUV's. We were given the freedom to explore for a few minutes without any pressure or salesperson. After about 10 minutes we were greeted by a sales rep, Dan Cottrell, and we explained to him what our intentions were. He listened patiently and gave us an extensive description of the SUV and the various option packages that were available. He then took us for a test drive and continued to carefully explain all of the features of the vehicle. Upon returning, we were convinced that we wanted to lease the GLK. Dan explained the different lease programs that were available and negotiated a very fair deal for us. There was no pressure or "smoke and mirrors" involved. We dealt with Dan, and Dan alone. We did not have to play the, "Let me check with my manager ...," game. We agreed to a price and left a deposit. Later that evening Dan called us at home and told us that he had the car in stock and we could pick it up at out convenience. The next day we returned to the dealership and met with Dan to pick up our car.We were given an extensive education on every aspect of the car by a specialist. We were taken to the service area, given a tour of the waiting area (which is nothing short of magnificient), and introduced to our service manager. We then returned to Dan who completed our paperwork and were on our way home in our 2013 GLK 350. The next day, Dan called us to see how we were enjoying our car and assured us that if we had any questions or concerns to call him at any time. In all, it was truly a remarkable experience. More

I recently purchased a brand new 2013 c250 coupe this was my first time buying a mercedes i met Ravi about a year ago at the dealership. SO i noticed the 2012 C250 and we sat down and did some numbers. the numbers came out fine at the time i just was curious to see what i would be spending. he told me to come back when i was ready and that he would be here waiting. So This past year i came back and was ready to get my car . he showed me the 2013 c250 and i was amazed with it. All the new funcitons the stitched leather .. it had it all He told me anything i wanted he would get it for me .. and sure enough he did i got the 2013 c250 with AMG grill , and wheels and the premium 1 package all for a good price. He was so excited for me being that i am only 24 yrs old andi was able to get a Mercedes Benz! When all the paperwork was done him and Matt Kratzer surpised me and told me to turn around and there it was my 2013 c250 outside shining on the platform. While Ravi Was preparing more paper work .Matt stepped in to show me all the functions of the new Mbrace the SAT radio and all the dashboard functions.I really appreciated that he took the time to show me how everything works. He was another great person that helped me with finding the car i wanted to. So my overall experience with Ravi and Matt was excellent . i cant wait to buy another car from these two gentlemen again! I have two Mercedes dealers within 15 minutes of my home (Danbury and Golden's Bridge) and neither can even begin to compare with Ray Catena. Hence, we drive over two hours to New Jersey for our car. When you enter the Catena dealership, everyone is so friendly and you are immediately offered coffee, water, etc. and are made to feel special and very, very welcome. This was my first experience with Ray Catena Mercedes. I was extremely pleased with the entire transaction. The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for and perfectly presented. The salesmen are assets to this dealership. I cannot say enough for this dealership and their staff. Warm, courteous, attentive and not at all overbearing. The showroom is full of vehicles, and perfectly clean. I have also had the time to visit their service and parts departments (for accessories). I was greeted each time at the door and was attended to by the greeter upon my purchase. The car is a 2013 CLS550 w/sport package and all but one safety option available. This is a fantastic car. I found third party reviews are high and true. The drivers experience is also terrific. I recommend M-brace as I have used it three or four times already. Extraordinary safety features and power.
