Trevor is always so kind, responsive, and helpful. I must admit, when I go into the service trailer, none of the other service managers even speak or say hello - which is disappointing at best. I have been disappointed with my vehicle as I have had to bring it in many more times than I would have expected for a certified used vehicle - but at least Trevor is there helping us out. More
