I want to thank the whole team for helping me purchase my new Mercedes. My salesperson was amazing. Very knowledgeable, not pushy at all. THE WHOLE MANAGEMENT TEAM WAS AMAZING !!!!! Mat Tesa , John Reeves, Alonzo (just the best service adviser you will ever come across) I think the whole team works so hard and does such a great job because their GSM Tyler Mayberry knows not just how to treat clients but also how to find the best of the best for his team. I cannot say enough about this dealership and the level of trust they have earned from me. I am naturally not a trusting person when it comes to purchasing anything. I do my research and often find that I am being told things that don't match my research. Well, I am happy to say " NOT THIS TIME". I AM IMPRESSED BY THEIR HONESTY, HARD WORK, AND DEDICATION TO MAKE MY PURCHASE A HAPPY ONE. Julian was EXTREMELY helpful in finding a car for me in such a low inventory market. He was knowledgeable, kind, pleasant and enthusiastic. Only negative was regarding dealership café. It was minimal c such a low inventory market. He was knowledgeable, kind, pleasant and enthusiastic. Only negative was regarding dealership café. It was minimal compared to other MB dealerships which offer chefs cooking meals, soda fountains, etc. Overall experience was great. I highly recommend. More
