If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I brought our G wagon in for service in April with the primary complaint being the parking break gets stuck on so we can not drive it or put it in I brought our G wagon in for service in April with the primary complaint being the parking break gets stuck on so we can not drive it or put it in gear. $2000 later they said that problem was fixed and also sold us on new break pads. We did all the recommended work. Three months later the problem comes back and my wife was stranded in a dangerous part of town with a car that was stuck in park. We tow it to service and they say that need to repair the parking break actuator and it needs new break pads and rotors because they were damaged when the parking break got stuck…and of course…$3000 more dollars. Bottom line…STAY AWAY! Get service anywhere but here! They are either incompetent or dishonest. Either way, save yourself the trouble and go to a service center with integrity. More

vehicle was taken to Avondale Mercedes-Benz Collision center June 20, 2024 for repairs. I picked it up on July 16, 2024. On July 17, I discovered the front passenger seat was broken and contacted the d center June 20, 2024 for repairs. I picked it up on July 16, 2024. On July 17, I discovered the front passenger seat was broken and contacted the dealership on July 18 for a resolution and was lead to believe I was coming back to get the seat repaired. However, the unethical service center manager Doug stated that he had looked at pictures of the car and due to the fact there were small particles of debree on the tracks the cable broke and this could happen at anytime. Additionally he stated, when you rent a car and something happens to it you don't expect to pay for the damages the owner pays. I let him know the cars are covered by insurance that the renter pays for incase of damages. He then proceeded to tell me the cost of the repairs and he wasn't trying to make any money and he would discount the part. This is unethical behavior and I should not have to pay for a seat that was broken in the possession of the dealership. The seat was operating fine when the vehicle was brought in for repairs. The service advisor Sierra is shady as well. Unfortunately, Mercedes-Benz is a good product, however, the quality of people they employ have no integrity. When you bring in a vehicle for repairs you don't expect to pick it up with the inside damaged. I have contacted the dealership to speak with the director Brad and Sherri the owners assistant however no phone calls were returned to resolve the issue. This is my last time doing business with Avondale Mercedes-Benz. If you are interested in purchasing a Mercedes-Benz or having your car repaired due to an accident, I suggest you go to another Mercedes-Benz dealership and do your research on how they treat their customers, the quality of service offered and if you are dealing with unethical people. More
