I have not owned a Mercedes in years and was not quite sure what I really wanted. I originally met Barry through USAA Car Buying Service; his follow-up with me was very impressive. When I arrived at the dealership, he was waiting outside the door with an extended hand welcoming me in to the world of MB; I can't even explain how important he made me feel. The very next day I drove away sitting inside my brand new MB E350 Coupe in Dune Silver; I am extremely happy! What a beautiful machine. If MB had a Wall of Fame for the Highest Intellectual Car Salesman and Customer Service Guru...it would be Barry London. He loves the MB and what it stands for; every word out of his mouth proves it; he is fun and serious all at the same time. Barry isn't just working a job, he is building on his passion and it is really delightful to see and experience. He understands the amount of engineering that goes in to the MB to create a meaningful and safe driving experience. It was obvious to me that his ultimate desire and goal was to transfer that knowledge on to me before I drove my new MB off the lot . I truly wish Barry London all the best. AMAZING! Enticed in by an internet ad showing an unbelievably pristine older Porsche, I stopped and talked with Mike Lavrenchik about the used 2003 Carrera on Enticed in by an internet ad showing an unbelievably pristine older Porsche, I stopped and talked with Mike Lavrenchik about the used 2003 Carrera on their lot, and was greeted by an out-going, knowledgeable, extremely friendly bear of a man who made this long-lived dream a reality. Mike is exceedingly easy to work with, finds the answers that he might not have at hand, and is always willing to talk to a Porsche novice with numerous questions by phone or in person. Since serving in the Air Force in Germany in the late '60s shortly after the Porsche 911 began production, I've had in mind the possibility of owning one, and this beauty of a car fits my need entirely. All aspects of the transaction.from initial contact through finance discussions with Austen Shemon were both professional and completely seamless. I never felt pressured from anyone in the organization to complete this deal, so it was rewarding both in the end product i now proudly drive, and the path taken to get there.
