Mike was a bit condescending towards us when we were there to look at the cars and also when we purchased our car. He also took a personal call while we were sitting there waiting for him to finish up o there to look at the cars and also when we purchased our car. The reason(s) I keep coming back to this dealership is my service rep, Alex Folz, and the service manager, Marty Gillions. The people I delat with were really great. I met with Barry and Austin. my only ocmplaint was that I had an appointment window of 2:30 - 3:00pm, got there at 2:35pm and was not served until 4:30pm. We had shopped around at other Mercedes dealerships before this one, and the whole experience was just so much better here. I would by car from here recently. I was fortunate to have Barry London assigned as the sales consultant. Barry showed me all the features of the car and took me for a long test drive. He stayed more than an hour past the time the dealership closed to make sure I was confortable with all the car features.
