The following is the reason why we have rated this dealership so highly. Our internet search for a Mercedes within a radius of 100 miles brought us to Hagerstown dealership that had the car we were l dealership so highly. Our next step was to call them to inquire more information. Mr. Wes Whetstone answered all of my questions without being aggressive . I wanted to find out the bottom price before we made the one-hour trip. He was very candid in terms of coming very close to my offer and telling me that he would work with us. After visiting the dealership, he went over the car and even changed the front grill to make my wife happy at a minimum cost to us. On the next trip, when we went there to pick up the car, he personally spent almost an hour to go over every feature of the car and answered our questions very patiently. we left the dealership happy about our experience in the entire car shopping process.
