I had warranty work performed on my vehicle, and I had never contacted MB of Hagerstown before. Since I don't live in Hagerstown, all the contact I had was over the telephone. They performed the warranty work that was necessary and kept me informed during the process. They even delivered my car back to me! Totally excellent service. Vehicle was purchased North Ulmsted MB,OH and delivered to un in Berkeley Springs. Instrument cluster did not work and N Ulmsted's Service Manager contacted Kristin who promply Ulmsted MB,OH and delivered to un in Berkeley Springs. Instrument cluster did not work and N Ulmsted's Service Manager contacted Kristin who promply sceduled an appointment for the next day. When I arrived a service adviser was right there to greet me and went over what I had told them my problem was when I made the appointment to make sure it was correct. When the work was completed the service adviser informed me that the work had been completed and what had been done. If I was walking around the show room I was greeted and asked if needed any help or if there were any questions I had. Everybody I encounterd was friendly and helpfull. More

I have had my car serviced three times by this dealership. First, I had a radiator hose problem and they fixed it. I got the bill and I was very displeased. Second a wheel bearing, tie rod end and alignment and some other work which they did great and gave me a discount because of the first visit issue. Thirdly, I called on a Thursday afternoon for an Oil and Filter Change and a Transmission fluid and filter change, I dropped the car off on Friday morning and they came and got me at 10:00 AM when it was done the same morning. They also gave me a great loaner when they repaired the wheel bearing and I ended up having the car over the weekend. They are also open till eight o'clock in the evening to pick up your car, which helps in this hectic world we live in. More
