Salesman Dented our Brand New Car!!! WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER! We purchased a brand new E450 convertible. Rather than detail our brand new car (with ivory interior), they WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER! We purchased a brand new E450 convertible. Rather than detail our brand new car (with ivory interior), they chose to place the rear mats over the dirty carpet and pass it off as detailed. When we returned the car to have the rear carpet cleaned, the salesman, Ho Yi, opened the door to our brand new car and smacked it into a retaining wall at the dealership, DENTING the door!! Yes, we had our brand new car exactly 1 day and the salesman dented the door. What's more, he swore when he did it and never even apologized to me. I received an email from Kim Durham, Guest Relations Associate, asking about our satisfaction. When I complained about our service experience and my brand new car with a dented door, I was told that a "Senior" level manager would contact me--CRICKETS! Never heard from anyone. Do not walk, RUN away from this dealership. They do not care about you or your sales experience. Buying from Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel is a HUGE mistake--learn from our experience! More

Questionable Ethics and Integrity I question the ethics and business practices of this "prestige" Mercedes dealership. After working out a deal via email, I drove almost 2 hours to thi I question the ethics and business practices of this "prestige" Mercedes dealership. After working out a deal via email, I drove almost 2 hours to this dealership. I was greeted by Cory with "this car was leased to another person and was returned to us due to fraud." This person took possession of the car for several days and racked up 300+ miles. I couldn't figure out how many days exactly because Cory and Jane (sales manager) couldn't get their stories straight with anything. No where in the emails or telephone conversation did Cory say this was a used car. He waited until I came to the dealership thinking I didn't want to leave empty handed. I also don't appreciate the aggressive attitude from Cory when I expressed my concern regarding the used vehicle. He proceeded to say this was my fault for not asking the right questions. And the guilt trip about all the time it took you to get these numbers. You're a salesman and this is your job. Extremely unprofessional and not what I expect from a luxury brand. Not to mention the filthy condition the car was in when I got to the dealership. They didn't bother to clean it when they confiscated it from the fraudster. I will never do business with this dealer and will spread the word about the integrity of this dealership and salesman. More

I phoned and visited several other dealerships, and the level of customer service ranged from uncomfortable to outright deplorable -- in fact, I was compelled to walk out of a Toyota dealership mid-deal. In the end, though, I'm grateful for that experience because it led me to an SUV I love and a dealership that has won my loyalty as a customer. More
