This is my first car purchase and I had researched for almost 6 months before reaching out to MBLN. Despite my prep work, I was blown away by everything Gerhard shared about owning or leasing a car, especially a Mercedes. He was so attentive about my needs and found me a car that I didn’t even think I could afford. I wanted a white car with black accents, all safety features, all leather and a great sound system... I got all that and more! The most impressive part of my car buying experience was when I had to leave for a quick lunch with my colleagues after choosing my car. Meanwhile, Gerhard was proactive about getting my paperwork in order, got the car detailed and ready for delivery. After I was back, I just walked through the paperwork with Anita, who explained everything in English without any technical jargon, and was out in less than 20 mins! From start to finish, it was an easy, pleasant experience. Kim and Alex excel at customer service, it’s almost as if they’re working for you and not the company. The test drive with Duke was fun, great guy with an awesome personality! Finalizing the paper work with Gene went a LOT smoother than I anticipated. I truly commend his ability to stay professional but maintaining a light mood while being able to talk sports and current events without delaying the process. Not to mention, his experience shows! He was able to sit me down and walk through all of the car’s features as if he built it himself! It was awesome. Then to top it all of, Shawn at finance may be the most sincere person I’ve met in the state of California. I got a genuine feeling that he was truly looking out for me and helping me work around my budget. If the opportunity presents itself, I’d be more than happy to conduct future business with Mercedes-Benz, Laguna Niguel!
