Hello Amleon2006, Thanks for sharing your feedback about your experience with our dealership. We value our clients and a high level "best or nothing" service is of utmost importance to us. We provide a front license mounting bracket to every client. It would have been in your trunk and not on the front bumper since you signed a waiver stating you did not want it mounted at the time of purchase(1/25/18). If you could not locate the bracket we would have gladly provided you with another one from MBLN and mounted the front plates for you while you were here or sent it to you by mail since you live out of the area. We unfortunately could not reimburse you for the mounting bracket you purchased at your local dealer before your visit here with Mr.Yi. We apologize if you felt we did not address the concerns about the bracket to your satisfaction and for not responding to your phone calls in a timely matter.
