Meet Bernie for Great Service Bernie Mendez helped us so nicely in a good manner. Got a good deal and good financing. Next day we found that cargo cover was missing (probably forgot to put it back after detailed), but no problem with Bernie, he got it for us immediately. Adam in financing helped us very good too. Explained everything in good manner. This is well maintained dealership. Only bad thing is we live too far from this nice dealer. More

5 Star Service all the way!!! The salesperson, Josh Sweeney, and Ramsey Jerome, Finance Director, were a pleasure to work with and they treated us like one of their own family. Josh was very informative and laid back but very professional at the same time and knew all the answers to my questions about the car we were intested in. Ramsey Jerome was such a riot and so funny, he made our 2 hr finance meeting very enjoyable. Customer service is key when selling cars and they highly exceeded it from all angles. More

Horrible dealership This is probably the most lacking dealership in town. BE CAREFUL in dealing, especially, with their internet sales department. Bernie Mendez lures you in with false promises and then wastes your time when they get you at the dealership. They use very gimmicky lines to try and fish for your business all in their end goal to rip you off and of course make maximum profit for themselves. There is nothing ethical with the dealership and especially Bernie Mendez and Tony Venti. More

I started by looking online and Bernie was more than accommodating and so responsive. He was easy to communicate with via email, which is always convenient! He was kind and really wanted to find a car to meet my needs. I never felt he was pushy and that was very important to me. Bernie was fun to work with and he worked hard and efficiently. It was an overall great experience in purchasing my first Mercedes Benz. Would highly recommend him.I love my new MB CLA!!! Also, Jane in the finance department was very pleasant and cheerful, lovely to work with her as well. More

His associate Cory McComb I had an excellent experience with Steve Mead who was so patient, knowledgeable, and professional in my dealings with MBLN! His associate Cory McCombs was just as good. In all of my years of dealing with car dealerships, Shawn Kondori is the best Financial representative I have ever met in the Auto Industry. I know , I began my working career with General Motors Corp. I am so impressed with the calm, non pushy approach all of their staff. This is my first Mercedes,( a new car Lease). It is clear they really are caring and considerate of their customers and earned their 5 Star rating with me! More
