I have bought from this dealer in the past and their inventory had what I wanted so I returned. This transaction was handled poorly. I spent 6 hours to obtain a car that I paid in for that day. The wasted time waiting was unprofessional and inexcusable. The car mats were left in the trunk for me to put in and the license plates that were to be delivered to me from the trade-in left with the car in spite of my calling immediately and repeatedly. Serious change in customer care since my last visit and this will now be my last visit there. More
