WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD I had a flat tire for my C300 and called them the day prior to see if they had my tire in stock. A woman who answered stated that they did and to exp I had a flat tire for my C300 and called them the day prior to see if they had my tire in stock. A woman who answered stated that they did and to expect a 1 1/2 hour wait. I was given an appointment time the next day at 8:30am. I ARRIVED AT 8:25AM AND DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL 1:15PM....FOR ONE TIRE!!! First I met with George, and I mentioned to him that my front left parking light said it was out but later the mechanics couldn't find it and it is still popping up on my service screen today; I found out which light it is myself. Upon being shown the lounge where I was told to wait I was referred to as kiddo. After about 3 or so hours I told George that I really needed to leave soon (I had to drive to work in Cincinnati, Ohio). He said he would try and get the estimate and everything going, but I still waited for over an hour longer. I then decided to wait at his desk. At this point I was on the verge of tears, there were service people walking all around me and sitting at desks adjacent to the one I was sitting at but no one bothered to help me or even look at me. So finally I got the attention of someone who had been constantly casually walking around and he told me George was on lunch. The computers were slow so he had to write my debit card information down and it finally showed up the week afterwards. I was not charged for $30 of service, but if I'm forced to visit this location again, I will just ask for the tire to be put in my car so that I can actually enjoy my day and not waste it miserable, tired, and hungry in your lounge. More
Great even the 2nd time around Abel, Jeff and Wyndall went out of their way in all areas of our sale. We can't say enough about the professional treatment. Great Experience!!! I stopped in to look at a pre-owned S550 and a E63 AMG. Both cars were exceptional! Because my husband could not make it in to test drive during norma I stopped in to look at a pre-owned S550 and a E63 AMG. Both cars were exceptional! Because my husband could not make it in to test drive during normal hours, Charles allowed me to take the S550 home (overnight) and let my husband view and test drive the car. Unfortunately my husband wanted a black car and this was silver. Abel came over and made sure that I was being taken care of and assured that he was there to help if needed. We are still looking and hopefully we will be able to purchase a car from Tafel. So far the experience has been GREAT! More

No pressure car buying I stopped in on a Saturday to test drive both a E 350 Sedan and C300 sedan, but they had a GLK-350 on the lot that caught my eye. I drove the SUV and I stopped in on a Saturday to test drive both a E 350 Sedan and C300 sedan, but they had a GLK-350 on the lot that caught my eye. I drove the SUV and fell in love with the way it drove similar to a car. I went home to "think about it", but realized I had mistakenly taken the car key home with me. When I called them to explain, and told them I was seriously considering buying the GLK, the Salesman, Eric agreed to stay after hours for me to come back in and purchase the vehicle. Eric even had the car detailed, threw in a cargo cover and rubber floor mats at no charge. Eric was very attentive, showing me all the features of the Navigation system, and radio, and I had a wonderful experience. Eric even allowed me to have a USB port installed by a 3rd party at no charge for my Iphone. I would highly recommend Tafel and Eric. More

Our experience with David and Tafel Motor Co. was much better than the norm. Tafel is obviously a high end dealership, but I have learned that that often makes little difference in sales tactics. Our experience from the beginning was exceptional, and I would recommend David McNully to anyone shopping for a high end car. We went in looking at a Mercedes, and left with another brand from their pre-owned inventory. The car we bought was less expensive than the Mercedes we were looking at, but David worked with us and made sure we drove away with what we wanted. We were extremely pleased with our purchase and the sales process at Tafel Motor Co. We will return again in the future. More
Outstanding We purchased a used 2013 Honda Pilot a week or so ago. David McNulty was our sales person. He was super pleasant, very knowledgeable and helpful.
