A simple text followed, maybe once a month with info on the new models we expressed interest in. As the conversation grew and I listed the features important to me, Mitch would send a link to a vehicle that might interest me. I'm a little picky with color and features and Mitch was very patient. When we felt ready to test drive a vehicle with Mitch, he was extremely knowledgeable about the features, many of them new to this line. It was like working with a friend- no pressure, happy to help find the right vehicle for us and our budget, and most importantly, patient. He is extremely intelligent and has a genuine interest in building a relationship before selling a car. No doubt he will do well in life. MB of North Olmsted is, itself, quite the experience and made the process easy. We met several people from Management to Finance to the Coffee Bar and everyone clearly wanted to make our experience a comfortable and pleasant one.
