A simple text followed, maybe once a month with info on the new models we expressed interest in. As the conversation grew and I listed the features important to me, Mitch would send a link to a vehicle that might interest me. I'm a little picky with color and features and Mitch was very patient. When we felt ready to test drive a vehicle with Mitch, he was extremely knowledgeable about the features, many of them new to this line. It was like working with a friend- no pressure, happy to help find the right vehicle for us and our budget, and most importantly, patient. He is extremely intelligent and has a genuine interest in building a relationship before selling a car. No doubt he will do well in life.
