POCs: Chris Nixon, Matt Frazier, & Mike Ryba I usually don't write reviews, but I have to acknowledge the excellent experience I had w/ MB of North POCs: Chris Nixon, Matt Frazier, & Mike Ryba I usually don't write reviews, but I have to acknowledge the excellent experience I had w/ MB of North Olmsted. I had a horrible experience at a local dealer just a week prior. However, when I inquired about a car listing at North Olmsted, Chris was prompt in sending me photos and videos of the vehicle. Additionally, he was extremely honest - bringing aesthetic defects to my attention (purchased a CPO vehicle). Establishing this level of trust was ESSENTIAL as I was buying the car from out-of-state. Chris maintained communication - providing me with the latest status throughout the entire purchase process even through final transportation. The finance portion was seamless as well! Matt & Mike were both prompt and thorough in securing financing w/ MBFS (they beat my federal credit union's APR by 1.3%). Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I love my car! Even more, I look forward to future business and a long relationship not only with Mercedes-Benz, but specifically, Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted (& I live 6 hours from Ohio! lol) Well done Chris, Matt, & Mike! In fact I would consider it more like the Disney of Mercedes-Benz dealerships. I’ve visited many other dealerships however this one is truly unique. The moment I stepped into the showroom I was greeted by an amazing team of professionals like Katherine and Allan who helped me procure the correct car for my needs,style and price point. Great car purchase experience! I found a great pre-owned Audi A6 at Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted on the internet and contacted them by phone. I worked with Shawn Blum to finalize I found a great pre-owned Audi A6 at Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted on the internet and contacted them by phone. I worked with Shawn Blum to finalize price and make all the arrangements for purchase on Saturday morning. We were able to conclude everything in an hour or so which was great. Since I live about 300 miles away, I purchased an airline ticket to Cleveland arriving Monday morning at 10:00am and Shawn was waiting for me as I walked out of the terminal. We were at the dealership in under 15 minutes and I was able to conclude the purchase in under 40 minutes. The car was in great condition and was exactly as they represented it. I was on the road back home before 11:00am which was unbelievable. My overall experience was excellent and Shawn Blum was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted and Shawn Blum to anyone without hesitation. This was my first experience buying an automobile primarily through the internet and it went so well I plan to do it for my next purchase. More
