Bought sight unseen - great experience! As a Texas buyer who knew exactly what I was looking for, MB North Olmsted was the only shop in the country that had a C300 spec'd perfectly. I don't love buying sight-unseen, but Shawn Blum made the process effortless and bent over backwards to make the process easy and ensure I was comfortable with the transaction. I couldn't have asked for a smoother purchase, and I truly believe it's because the guys and gals at North Olmsted really care about their customers. I had a horrible experience at a local dealer just a week prior. However, when I inquired about a car listing at North Olmsted, Chris was prompt in sending me photos and videos of the vehicle. Additionally, he was extremely honest - bringing aesthetic defects to my attention (purchased a CPO vehicle). Establishing this level of trust was ESSENTIAL as I was buying the car from out-of-state. Chris maintained communication - providing me with the latest status throughout the entire purchase process even through final transportation. The finance portion was seamless as well! Matt & Mike were both prompt and thorough in securing financing w/ MBFS (they beat my federal credit union's APR by 1.3%). Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I love my car! Even more, I look forward to future business and a long relationship not only with Mercedes-Benz, but specifically, Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted (& I live 6 hours from Ohio! lol) Well done Chris, Matt, & Mike!
