Let me state that we have spoken to over a dozen other sales people throughout the country scrambling to get our hands on a 2018 4x4 Sprinter when we found out in early July that our initial order of a 2018 4x4 from a different dealership was cancelled. We've dealt with some decent sales people as well as some pushy ones and ones that didn't call us back after they said they would. Nick kept in touch with us throughout the entire process and responded timely via text or phone. Nick went out of his way to make this a simple and smooth transaction/purchase. We have never purchased a vehicle out-of-state before and thought it would be even more difficult than buying in-state but Nick and Mike Ryba made the process very simple. It was even better than our previous vehicle purchases from in-state dealers in Oregon. Both Nick and Mike were accommodating even when I made mistakes during the purchasing process.
