Eric was a dreamboat to work with! I have never had such a pleasant experience when purchasing a vehicle before. Nothing was ever pushed on me, and Eric made it known that he was there I have never had such a pleasant experience when purchasing a vehicle before. You spend a few hours to buy a car and a lifetime in the service dept. Frank the manager and team are outstanding. I stepped away from the Mercedes brand for a short time but could not duplicate the experie service dept. Frank the manager and team are outstanding. I stepped away from the Mercedes brand for a short time but could not duplicate the experience or knowledge we always received from them so sold our vehicle and we ended up back in a Mercedes and after two years it is still the same level of excellence and service from parts and service.
