Everyone in the service department is so friendly and professional, and they go out of their way to make sure the visit is seamless. Kyle is truly an advisor. He keeps me well informed of what was done at my service appointment and what he sees that might be needed in the near future that I should be aware of. I really like the fact that the same technicians work on my car each time I bring it in. I feel like that makes service and care for my car the best it can be. Kyle is great to work with. He takes the time to get to know his customers and is just one of those good, honest people you know you can trust. I exchanged several texts with the manager (Robert Banks) before even making my way to the dealership and he patiently answered all my questions. I am new to the Mercedes brand and I had a lot of questions. When I got to the dealership, I worked with Kyle and he was very patient and took his time explaining the features and benefits of each vehicle I considered. He offered and followed up with multiple test drives of vehicles and even sacrificed his personal plans to make sure I was well taken care of. When I got to financing, I wasn't pressured into add-ons but I was informed of what each offered and the value they would add to the ownership of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Kyle and the entire dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Mercedes. More
