Kyle made purchasing a car easy and actually enjoyable! I was very impressed by the way everything was handled at R & H. Upon meeting Kyle, he listened to what I wanted and was able to steer me in the righ I was very impressed by the way everything was handled at R & H. Upon meeting Kyle, he listened to what I wanted and was able to steer me in the right direction making it easier for me to make a decision, I am a first time Mercedes owner, and I was not familiar with all the options available. When we took the car for a drive, he showed me many of the features in that car. We then went back to his office to find the color etc. that I wanted. And finalize the deal, When I came the next day to buy the car that he was able to get me, there was my car with a ribbon on top of it. It was a great touch! Everyone was very helpful and efficient in getting the paperwork etc. completed. I was set up on the Mercedes Me account and Rae showed me how to do many features on my new car. With all the technology in this car, I am certain Rae and Kyle will be seeing me in the near future. All and all, it was a great experience and I love my new Mercedes. More

above and beyond accomodating I first went to the Audi dealership across the street I was displeased with the price and the poor customer service . Excellent Experience Reza was great to work with and was very knowledgeable. The day before meeting Reza I went to another dealership to look at a Mercedes Benz SUV and it Reza was great to work with and was very knowledgeable. The day before meeting Reza I went to another dealership to look at a Mercedes Benz SUV and it was dirty and had a broken bumper and other imperfections that were not mentioned in the ad. Needless to say, we did not buy that SUV and found the SUV at Owings Mill. After traveling an hour and a half I was greeted by Reza in a very professional manner and was shown the car. The car was immaculate and obviously cleaned up before my arrival. The test drive was great and clearly was the SUV for my family. Reza made the process painless and easy and we were out of the dealership with the new SUV in record time. I plan to recommend Reza and Mercedes Benz of Owings Mills to others that are looking to purchase a new car. Great job! More
