EXCELLENT experience with Matt Long - GLE 2020 purchase Words can't express how satisfied we were with Matt. Once we made the decision Matt made the process super smooth - No haggling for best price - He just made sure we got the best deal - paper work was done in few minutes. Matt even offered to deliver the car personally to our home (a 2 hour drive) !!. Earlier I had arrived at the dealership after driving almost 2 hours seeking to meet another sales person with whom I had an appointment already. But that sales person passed me over to Matt Long and left office early. I was SO LUCKY that I got Matt instead ! Suffice to say that I had come to look at a GLE 2018 and ended up buying a GLE 2020. My advice to other prospective car buyers : If you have decided to purchase your vehicle at Mercedez Benz Owings Mills, don't waste your time searching for a sales person.
