So my sales consultant began the process of securing my vehicle. I figured I’d have it by November, my birthday month. My sales consultant and the sales manager kept me posted on the status of my vehicle request. When Mercedes ran into difficulties at the port, “my family “ combed the states looking for a replacement. My consultant secured the vehicle and had it delivered to the dealership.
