I guess they don’t know what “appointment” means? ! I had an appointment for routine service on Wednesday. Dropped my car off at 8am - three days later and my car STILL has not even been looked at. ! Why even have appointments when they mean nothing! If something has to be fixed and parts ordered, I’m looking at a few more days. This is unacceptable.
