I have visited M-B dealerships locally, but always find myself traveling an hour back at Princeton & Arno to purchase my new cars. I think that says it all. With my most recent purchase, I had the pleasure of having Richard Brittingham deliver my car and perform the walk though. Again, another amazing experience. Not once did I feel I was being rushed and that I was asking too many questions. He took the necessary time to assure I was comfortable with my new vehicle. i WAS getting new Tire and set up appointment after my tires were done. I told Customer service that My tire appointment is 10.00 so make appointment after 11.00 but she did at 8.00 When I reach there the tires were done. I told Customer service that My tire appointment is 10.00 so make appointment after 11.00 but she did at 8.00 When I reach there they said you are late and I explain for the issue . To do allignement I have wait there for 3 and half hrs. that is not correct. I ask Manager three time he said it will done but not . Then I called his manager to complaint That is correct if I have appointment I have to wait for 4 hrs. More
