We had an excellent experience with both Arno and John. Everything went smoothly. John was very thorough explaining the car, and Arno ordered the car the way I wanted, gave me the timeline, was organized Everything went smoothly. We are repeat clients of Mercedes Benz of Princeton. And Vasil is our sales rep both times. April 2025 and 8/2021 ( at the height of Covid pandemic) . Entering Mercedes Benz dealership for the first ti And Vasil is our sales rep both times. April 2025 and 8/2021 ( at the height of Covid pandemic) . Entering Mercedes Benz dealership for the first time back then was a little intimidating but we felt at ease quickly !!! Both transactions were stress free, straightforward and quick. I like/ prefer the idea that the sales rep(Vasil in our case)completes the transaction without having to see a separate individual for the finance part!!! Thank you Vasil We were happy with our GLB 2021 and looking forward to an enjoyable 39 mos ride with our GLA More
