Robert was tasked with showing me all the 'bells and whistles' of my new GLS. He was patient and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Rich was happy to answer my questions and took care of me yesterday as I stopped by even though it looked busy. Arno Orsini has been a delight to work with. His knowledge, professionalism and calm demeanor were the reason we returned to Mercedes Benz for a new car.
