When i left the car there was no check engine light. But when i collect the car check engine light was on. When i refused to take the car back, some service advisor Wilson or someone rudely refused to give me back the loaner and asked me to leave. People on front desks are friendly though. I never had this kind of experience in any delearship. Looks like this management is all for money and not for the customer service. Technicians messed up my car and returned me the faulty one. I am talking to Miguel now who is my service advisor and looking ahead to get it fixed at their cost. More
