Arno Orsini did it again Arno was able to get the exact car, 2020 GLE, that my wife wanted with the exact options and both us couldn’t be happier with the delivery. Robert Lis Arno was able to get the exact car, 2020 GLE, that my wife wanted with the exact options and both us couldn’t be happier with the delivery. I explained my requirements and he presented an offer the same day. He did not try to upsell or go around, he met all my requirements and was very straightforward to work with. I respected his mature seasoned professionalism and he make me feel comfortable and at ease with my purchase. I did not feel like I was being hassled or pushed. All in all a great experience and I was happy that I stayed with all my requirements and love the new car! More

Arno Orsini This is first time I visited this dealership for maintenance of my GL 450. I have always serviced before at Ray Catena in Edison. I was very happy wh This is first time I visited this dealership for maintenance of my GL 450. I have always serviced before at Ray Catena in Edison. I was very happy when a service advisor talk to me within 10 minutes although I did not make an appointment. While at dealership we also looked at used E350. Mr Arno spent a lot of time with us and looked over a bunch of options He was very patient and gave us right advice as we finalized on the car. We are extremely happy with the dealership and are not going back to Ray Catena. Thank you Mr Orsini for all your help More
