One of a Kind Experience I recently came into Mercedez Benz for a test drive as I was looking for my next car and was met by Arno Orsini. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient as he took the time to get to know what I was looking for before helping me to narrow down my decision to the GLK 350. He was so informative that after hearing and seeing his passion for the brand I just knew I didn't want to look anywhere else. Arno not only makes you feel at ease, but makes you feel like your at home. After working up what I was looking for in the car, Arno worked quickly and effortlessly to find me the car that matched. The day that I came to pick it up I was blown away by the presentation as he had even put a big bow on it for me as he knew it was for my birthday. He did an excellent job in making sure that every feature was shown in detail to me before I took the car home. I am in love with my new GLK 350, and have Arno to thank!! More
Very good experience We just purchased a 2015 GL350 BlueTec vehicle from MB of Princeton (our first Mercedes-Benz!). Despite a delay in the delivery of the vehicle due to We just purchased a 2015 GL350 BlueTec vehicle from MB of Princeton (our first Mercedes-Benz!). Despite a delay in the delivery of the vehicle due to a lengthy tire backorder, our sales rep, Dale Cook, made the experience well worth the wait. Dale kept us informed almost weekly on the updated delivery status. During our wait he arranged for a loaner vehicle, thankfully, since the lack of a second car would have made family life very difficult. He also went to bat for us asking MB Corporate to compensate us in some way for the long delay. Mercedes-Benz agreed to offer the 4 year/40,000 mile maintenance package for free! Dale went above and beyond the call of duty. Dale was always pleasant, willing to take on any questions or concerns, and never failed to have a smile on his face. We would not hesitate for a moment in recommending MB of Princeton AND Dale Cook in particular. Last, but not least, when our car was finally delivered, Ruben Lebron, (Customer Support & Product Specialist) did an excellent job walking us through all of the car's features, which could be rather intimidating at first. He patiently answered all of our questions. Ruben clearly knew the vehicle inside and out, and we never felt rushed. We love our new Mercedes-Benz!!! More

Trust worthy and Respected Dale Cook has been our Sales Representative for well over 10 years. We have been to other luxury car dealers in the Princeton area where we have expe Dale Cook has been our Sales Representative for well over 10 years. We have been to other luxury car dealers in the Princeton area where we have experience constant turnover of sales representatives and service advisors. The sales representatives at these other dealerships are rather aloof while the service departments are unaccommodating especially in taking you in for emergency service and not explaining, to my standards, the problem with the vehicle. This constant turnover of business relationship partners made it difficult to establish trust and continuity. Because of these challenges at other dealerships in the local area, the trust and credibility that Dale and the dealership have built with us, and knowing that we can rely on Dale and MB Princeton to meet our specific requirements for a vehicle, we highly recommend MB Princeton for your vehicle needs. Be sure to ask for Dale. You won't be disappointed. More

Buying a car can be stressful in itself, but when you know the manufacturer you want, then it is finding the right dealership, not just for pricing, but for service and for building a long term relationship. Mercedes Benz to us is the safest car, especially when we survived two almost fatal car accidents. We interviewed numerous dealers and are pleased to say MB of Princeton is the most reliable, quality oriented, and cost efficient. Mr. Paul Lai our sales representative is patient, kind and knowledgeable. He will spend the amount of time with us needed at any time, and treats us with respect, even when the sale is made and it is years later coming in with questions. We drive an hour and half to go to Princeton, for service and now for the purchase of another Mercedes, since we believe we deserve to be treated well and fairly. I cannot begin to tell you how unkind other MB dealerships were and how much more money the service departments are. I also recommend Andy in service. He does care and will work with you to get your car fixed. Gary the manager is another favorite. He recognizes quality and will work with you on pricing. And together Paul and Gary are an amazing sales team, wanting to understand what you need and will make recommendations to better suit the customer. Today we are picking up our third Mercedes that we own. And we hope to be purchasing the MB class of cars for the rest of our lives, And we will travel to Princeton and meet with Paul and Gary each time, since we believe customer service, and quality products at a fair price, are key, and they exceed our expectations on how to be treated, and that to us is very significant. MBs can be affordable, and what is the cost of your life, and hospital bills? The same accident we had if we at the time many years ago had a MB would have been a broken leg. Instead it was 28 operations and pretty much every bone in our body broken. So a big thank you for being such an honest and quality dealership. Unexpected Purchase It was Presidents day, I was off from work and had some free time. What to do? How about I go look at some new cars. After all, Presidents day sales are heavily advertised as a great time to purchase. Anyway, I found myself driving down Rt.1, not exactly sure where I was going to stop. As I approached the Princeton Mercedes dealership, in a split second I turned into the parking lot. As I got out of my car, I felt a bit apprehensive. I had never been into a Mercedes dealership so I may have felt a bit out of place. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly receptionist and she asked if I were there to see anyone. I basically said I just stopped in to look and she called over someone to help. I met Arno Orsini and told him I was interested in looking at the new CLA which seemed affordable and stylish. He was very accommodating and made me feel at ease. He asked if I would like to test drive and off we went. After talking for a bit, it was obvious that the CLA, although very nice, was a bit small for me and Arno could sense that. He made a suggestion, knowing my budget, that he would look into seeing what he could do with a C300 and that he would get back to me in a few days. I left feeling no pressure and treated with respect. Within a few days, we talked again and I agreed to look at a C300 loaner he had detailed and ready for my inspection and test drive. The car was immaculate and after some thought and negotiation, we agreed upon the lease terms. I never felt pressured and I have to honestly say, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks Arno, you are a true gentleman.
