I'm a long-time client of this dealership, and I keep comin I just had another, typical, excellent service experience with Mercedes Benz of Princeton! I'm a long-time client of this dealership, and I keep coming back because of the quality of the product and the quality of the people at the dealership. I have come to count a number of them as friends, and I feel as if I'm treated as a member of the Mercedes Benz of Princeton family. Service advisor Brian McCoy was thorough and professional in reviewing my service needs, and he kept me abreast of the progress as the day went along. It turned out to be a costly visit, and Tom Knobloch was kind enough to insert himself into the process to work it out. While he wasn't involved in this endeavor, my salesman, Tom Trovas, is always there to help when needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this excellent dealership! More
