Had an amazing experience at Mercedes, Princeton! Took my car in for a Service A, and they were super quick and professional. The staff was friendly, worked with Service manager Victor and he didn’t Took my car in for a Service A, and they were super quick and professional. I called on a Monday morning with a flat tire emergency, on the road for an important meeting more than 60 miles from home. Not only were they reassuring and professional, they went above and beyond to give us a room to conduct our meeting remotely. My tire was expertly done within.two hours.
