Sandra, We are sorry to hear about your experience. We can assure you that when your car arrived for the second time your motor was fully locked up. Upon the diagnostic process, we located excessive metal flakes in the motor. During that process we did get the motor to turn, but we determined that the engine was a loss due to the excess metal. We are happy that you were able to have your concerns addressed at your local service center. We believe that the cause was not fully fixed with just the relay replacement, and you may have internal engine problems moving forward.
