After extensive review and test drives of numerous brands/models of SUVs, once we settled on the Mercedes GLC300 we had the option to purchase it from any one of the Sacramento area dealerships - as brands/models of SUVs, once we settled on the Mercedes GLC300 we had the option to purchase it from any one of the Sacramento area dealerships - as well as out of the area dealerships if price was the only consideration. I did visit the other area Mercedes dealers and while all were professional, came back to Rocklin because of Jawad. Jawad's constant follow up and patience, willingness to spend time and enlist others within the organization to answer questions and demonstrate some of the features of the technology, positioned him where we were buying the car from Jawad, not necessarily the specific dealer. All others we came in contact with had similar professionalism. Its the people that make the difference. job well done. More

Most recently, our salesman, Christian, immediately greeted us and helped us find a car we were eyeing online. He never made us feel pressured to buy that car and allowed us to not only test drive the car we were interested in, but two others we saw while we were on the lot. He was polite, courteous, patient, and honest. Together with his boss, Vic, we were able to drive off in a car that we would’ve never dreamed possible. When we got to finance, we didn’t get pressured to buy a bunch of warranty packages we didn’t need. We have been to other dealerships, but we will always come back to Mercedes Benz of Rocklin.
