My wife and I purchased a car on June 12, 2026. Although we were satisfied with the vehicle, the financing experience was unacceptable. We clearly stated that we did not want any Zurich products. Despite that, the finance representative, Jamil Nazem, repeatedly pressured us to purchase the coverage and became visibly upset when we declined. At the final paperwork stage, I noticed that Zurich surface protection was still included. When I questioned it, I was told it was mandatory. After reviewing my purchase package afterward, I found that the coverage is explicitly listed as optional. That means we were given inaccurate information and were led into purchasing a product we had already declined. Customers should be able to trust the information provided during a major purchase. I strongly urge the dealership to address this issue, correct any misleading sales practices, and ensure future buyers are not pressured or misled in the finance office. More
