We had a really nice experience at MB of Rocklin. Although we weren’t purchasing one of their luxury cars we were still treated with great Customer service. I had to remind them and followup just before my temp license plate was about to expire. Car had a missing part on front bumper. I told the salesguy since day 1 to give me the part. He kept lying to me about part being unavailable. I asked him to order it and send me the purchase order. He kept misguiding me about this part situation. After 5 months I still dont have that part. Pure FALSE PROMISES, UTTER LIES, UNPROFESSIONALISM from everyone I interacted from this Rocklin showroom. Would never put my foot there again. More
