I found that statement pretty hilarious—and concerning—because that is not how credit inquiries work. I would expect someone handling financing at a dealership to provide customers with accurate information about the credit process. After extensive review and test drives of numerous brands/models of SUVs, once we settled on the Mercedes GLC300 we had the option to purchase it from any one of the Sacramento area dealerships - as brands/models of SUVs, once we settled on the Mercedes GLC300 we had the option to purchase it from any one of the Sacramento area dealerships - as well as out of the area dealerships if price was the only consideration. I did visit the other area Mercedes dealers and while all were professional, came back to Rocklin because of Jawad. Jawad's constant follow up and patience, willingness to spend time and enlist others within the organization to answer questions and demonstrate some of the features of the technology, positioned him where we were buying the car from Jawad, not necessarily the specific dealer. All others we came in contact with had similar professionalism. Its the people that make the difference. job well done. More
