Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center-“The worst like nightmare” Dear Mercedes-Benz, the whole situation with a deposit and customer service is very confusing, and still questionable in your official dealership Merc Dear Mercedes-Benz, the whole situation with a deposit and customer service is very confusing, and still questionable in your official dealership Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center. It is unbelievable that everything happening with the dealership of the Mercedes-Benz whose slogan is “The best or nothing.” It is also sad that sales representative and general manager not responding (NO call back after the voice messages, NO call back after the conversation on the phone, NO call back after Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Line, NO email response, etc.) and ignoring in a very disrespectful tone. The Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center showed great disrespect, lack of professionalism, and left very bitter feelings about Mercedes-Benz. When person coming to buy a car especially from such a high and luxurious brand like Mercedes-Benz, potential buyer (maybe future customer) expect punctuality, respectful treatment, and understanding all needs. When person is actually thinking about two cars (GLE Coupe and SLC Roadster) than everything should be done properly for 100% because it is not only potential buyer, it is a potential loyal customer. Surprisingly, the dealership Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center behave in manner that customer owe them something, that customer should be happy of such a great opportunity to be in such a gracious and royal dealership, and of course do not complain about anything. Hopefully, the dealership Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center will stop behave immaturely, disrespectfully, and return the deposit after so much headache, calls, emails, claim in the bank, and claim in the Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Line. Because this issue already continuing almost for 3 weeks, the claim in the bank and claim in the Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Line are the last things that could possibly solve this issue. Maybe the Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center not understand what Mercedes-Benz is!? Maybe the Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center do not know the great history of the Mercedes-Benz, or about Formula 1 Grand Prix Championship, or maybe Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center has their own slogan “The worst like nightmare”!? Hopefully, Mercedes-Benz will always stand and follow “The best or nothing” and continue to produce a good quality cars, and deposit will be finally returned. Terrible experience at the Service Facility/ BEWARE! I brought my Sprinter to MB of Rockville Center on February 12 for the rooftop A/C unit repairs. According to the estimate the repairs shoul BEWARE! I brought my Sprinter to MB of Rockville Center on February 12 for the rooftop A/C unit repairs. According to the estimate the repairs should take 3 days. In reality it took 57 — FIFTY SEVEN DAYS! I was leaving messages, sending e-mails. The service manager Jonathan did not return phone calls and replied to my e-mails a week later. Finally I got my van back – DIRTY inside and outside! Plastic vent of the A/C was put back USING CRAZY GLUE! Three out of five cabin lights don’t work! Some loose parts rumble in the roof, a screwdriver left under the hood! A day later I realize: one part (at least) in my van (unrelated to the area of repairs) was replaced with an old part of a different color!!! And now I am leaving messages again on the the voicemailboxes of Vinni Ruggieri and Antoinette. DO NOT TRUST THEM! More

I called in and d Hello, This is a late post, I wanted to get this in there earlier. I ended up buying an E 43 AMG from Rockville Center in May 2018. I called in and dropped a message over the weekend to inquire about the car. I was contacted by Shohel Bhuiyan, he is one of the newer sales consultant at this facility (a fact we got to know afterwards). I inquired about the car, expressed my interest and informed Shohel that I will be coming the next day to take a look at the car and hopefully buy it. I mentioned to Shohel that I will be driving more than 4 hours from PA to their location to specifically look at this car with this package. I wanted an E 43 AMG with P3 package. After driving for 4 hours when I showed up at the showroom, Shohel informed me that the car is not at the location but rather at their other service location. I clearly informed him that I would like a test drive of the cehicel before the purchase, still we had to wait 2 hours at the service station where the car had to be taken out of the display (inside) at the service center. We finally took a test drive of the vehicle that we wanted, once were back at the dealership I encountered my second surprise. Shohel informed me that they only accept certified checks. While talking to Shohel for past few days, I made it clear to him that this is a cash buy and he never once mentioned that he will need a certified check. The entire episode resulted in us spending 8 hours at the dealership where as we wanted to get out of there quickly to avoid the storm predicted for that night. It was a very stressful situation trying to figure out the closest branch of the banks that we deal with - nearest branch was in manhattan - 1 hour away. If not for Shohel's fault - we could have carried a certified check and saved ourselves 3-4 hours. We got the car that we wanted but because of small mistakes of Shohel and his Manger (Jonathan Strahl) who did not even acknowledge these mistakes once - it could have been a better experience. More
