Above and Beyond Expectations Check-in process was efficient and loaner vehicle was ready. Work estimate was only $5 off from the final bill. Overall, a very positive experience. When I turned the loaner in, I forgot to take my garage door opener out. I contacted the dealership (Evan) this morning to ask if they could overnight the controller (at my expense) to me in Albany so I could avoid another drive to Salem. They seemed hesitant, but then they offered me a different solution...I was floored. They drove from Salem to Albany in their courtesy vehicle and dropped the controller off at our front door. Who offers this sort of service anymore? What a pleasant end to what had already been a pleasant experience! More

Brian is warm, enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable. He knows exactly what components are better to buy from the factory vs what to order from the up-fitter. We trusted his guidance and sense of value. He never tried to sell us on unnecessary frills. Our order was delayed between 2018-2019 when MB stopped shipping Sprinters from Germany and before they rolled out from South Carolina, but Brian kept us comfortably well-informed. When the day finally arrived for pick up, he provided detailed instructions, tips and advice. Thanks Brian for treating us like old family friends! More
